기업윤리의이론과사례 (Theories and Cases of Corporate Ethics)
In this course, we will wrestle with some of the most basic questions concerning ethics as it applies to
today's business practices. Our topics include (1)how does ethics apply to business? (2)do corporations have
moral obligations? If they do, what exactly are those moral obligations? (3)what are employees' rights and
responsibilities?
This course does not presuppose prior acquaintance with philosophical texts or methods, and is designed (1)to
acquaint students with some of the major philosophical theories of ethics, (2)to help them explore how these
theories can be applied to ethical problems that occur in work organization, and (3)(perhaps most importantly)
to engage students in a dialogue about how they should conduct their lives as they pursue their careers.

노자 도덕경의 강독과 분석을 통해 노자사상 전반에 대한 이해를 증진하고 그가 후세에 끼친 영향을 검토해
본다.
논리와언어 (Logic & Linguistics)
전통적 논리학의 기본 규칙들을 통해 논리적 언어사용을 위한 제반 여건들을 연구 검토해 본다.

이 강좌는 논술 영역에 수사학적 기술을 도입하는 논술의 심화 단계라고 할 수 있다. 로스쿨을 비롯한 각종
대학원 입학시험, 공무원 시험, 입사 시험 등에서 논술이 차지하는 비중은 점점 높아지고 있는 만큼 논술의
방향도 다양해지고 있다. 본 강좌는 다변화하고 있는 논술의 “수사학적 상황”에 알맞은 논술 방법을 교수한
다. 수사학적 능력은 “락토페린 생산 젖소”라는 표현을 “모유를 생산하는 젖소”로 표현할 줄 아는 능력과 같
은 것을 말한다. 이 강좌는 수사학의 5가지 규범, 즉 발상(invention), 배열(arrangement), 표현(style), 기억
(memory), 발표(delivery)을 논술 작성의 기술로 활용하는 다양한 방법론을 교수하여 수강생들이 다양한 상황
에 알맞은 판단력과 표현력에 기초해 합리적 논술문을 작성할 수 있도록 돕는 것을 목표로 삼는다.

수와 학생의 피드백을 통하여 논리적인 토론력을 기르는 데에 목표를 둔다.
