here are more than three million food trucks in the U.S. However, in
Korea, it has not been long since the food trucks were introduced so
they are still unfamilliar to people. There are officially five licensed
food trucks in Korea. One of the ?ve, the Kimchi Bus, has traveled around the
worldtointroducekimchitotheworldforabout600days.AndtheKimchiBus
stoppedattheCommonGroundnearKonkukUniversitylastmonth.Itsellstasty
tacosandquesadillaswithkimchi.
The Argus visited Kimchi Bus at the Common Ground and met Kim
Seung-min, who has started the project in 2011, and talked about his special
experiences.
