This MOU has been arranged to facilitate the translation of policy data
related to Indonesia¡¯s capital relocation and also enable HUFS students to

fees for 86 school-related lawsuits from school expenses. The Ministry also requested an investigation into several allegations
madeagainstHUFSauthorities.Theywereaccusedofspendingatotalof144.4millionwononcorporatecreditcards,including
expenses for business meals and golf course fees without submitting expense reports. But the prosecution decided not to press
charges on the grounds that the legal fees for the lawsuit expenses were mostly paid during the tenure of the previous HUFS
President,andconcludedthattheuniversityjustlyvindicatedhowoperatingexpenseswerespent.
