variousissues.Thetopicsofthismonthwerenotanexception,either.Itwasthecoverstory
thatattractedmetograbthismonth’sissueofTheArgus.Ihavehadachancetomasticate
thatproblemontheunseenwallbetweentownandgown.SinceIamjustafreshman,thatwasvery
strangetopicI’venevergotthroughbefore,soIfelteasilyinterestedintheissue.
Through the articles, I could have contact with the distinctive perspectives and opinions of The
Argus, which are different from the mass media’s ones. By reading it, I received the opportunity to
comparemythoughtswithTheArgusians’ones.However,Ithinkthecoverstoryofthismonthhad
fewspaceswhichcancontainvariousopinions.
Moreover, the conclusion was not sufficient for me because it did not have certain solutions. For
example,itwouldbebetterifthereportershowedthewaysthatstudentslikemecandotomakethe
issuebetter.
Anyway,asoneoftheardentreadersofTheArgus,Iwouldliketoappreciatethereportersfortheir
efforts to provide me with the controversial issues around the campus every month. I do hope The
ArguswouldraiseanothervaluabledebatealsoinNovember.
