thought ‘Bear Better’ is the most valuable CSV model ever in
Korea. In recent, ‘Argus’ gave me a chance to touch social-
welfare related articles. My impression is that how the
marginalized people can produce corporate profit in the economic
system, as well as share the social value in welfare. In other words,
this article shows us an example of how we can harmonize with
the disabled people. The article also said, “The employees of ‘Bear
Better’whohaveanopportunitytoparticipateinsocialworkallhave
confidentanddelightfulfacialexpressions”.Thismeansthatwhatwe
requiredtoforthehiringofmarginalizedclasscanalsocreatesocial
valuesinoursociety.Definitely,Iwouldsaythissocialmovementis
themilestoneofwell-beinggrowthtogetherwithdisabledpersons.

HUFS and K-Arts for Course
Exchange

his fall semester of 2014, HUFS and K-Arts began the
general course exchange. According to the statistical data in
The Argus, only ten students out of 509 students as a whole
took exchange general courses at K-Arts although many students had
positiveopinions.Ithinkthattheproblemoflowrateofparticipation
is the lack of information and public relations for general course
division.IandmyfriendwantedtotakeaclassatK-Artsbutcouldn’t
finddetailedinformationabouttheclass.Therefore,HUFSandK-Arts
need to provide both students with a variety of information about the
course exchange. I hope that the general course division exchange

between HUFS and K-Arts progresses actively for enhancement of
atallthough…
students’diversetalents.
