(ASF)* in South Korea on September 5, 2019, 43,602 pigs raised
at 39 pig farms were killed in Ganghwa county, and Incheon, 47
kilometers from Seoul. As such, once a livestock epidemic spreads,

In Korea, under Article 20 of the Act on the Prevention of
Contagious Animal Diseases, the mayor, the head of the county,

and the head of the district may execute a stamping-out policy if
