opulism has arisen frequently in South America. Out of their populism, the most
famous people are Peron and Lula. Peron was the Argentine President, who instilled
negative populism into our minds. Compared with him, Lula, who was the Brazilian
President, and whose approval rating was the highest ever, instilled positive populism into
our minds. Let us compare them and then consider what we could do.
