TheGrammys¡¯discriminationagainsthip-hopbeganinthe1990s.RollingStone,aprestigiousAmericanmusicmagazine,
selectedthemostimportanteventofthe1900sasthepopularizationofhip-hop.InAmericanpopmusicsociety,therewere
popular hip-hop artists such as Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, and they also symbolized American youth culture at that time.
