representatives.ThevicepresidentoftheEmergencyPlanningCommittee(EPC)wasconfirmedtohavesiphoned2million
won(US$2,100)fromthepublicbudget.Moreover,studentrepresentativessurnamedLeeandHyeong,theformerpresident
oftheCollegeofOccidentalLanguagesstudentcouncilandthedirectorofCollegeofChinesestudentcouncilrespectively,said
they were voice phished and lost their public budgets. Their cases were covered by major national press organizations, which
stirred up issues all across the country. Public budgets were meant to be collected and used for the good of HUFSans. However
theyendedupfallingintomisuse.Trusttowardstudentrepresentativesisnowbroken.TheArgusmadeanin-depthanalysisofthe
causesoftheproblemsandprovidedasolution.
